In Breda, Ulvenhout, Bavel, Teteringen and Prinsenbeek demand for detached villas is high and supply is low. A house with more than 400 m² of living space, five bedrooms, a home office and a heated pool on a plot of over 1,500 m² rarely comes up for sale, and when it does the price reflects it. Those willing to look half an hour further south have far more choice.
Villa Grandeur is in Sint-Job-in-'t-Goor, a district of Brecht, on the wooded northern edge of Antwerp. From the A58 or Breda's southern ring road you take the A16 towards Antwerp. After the border at Hazeldonk the same road is called the E19. Take the Sint-Job-in-'t-Goor exit and you are there a few minutes later.

For comparison: in rush hour the drive from Ulvenhout to the centre of Breda easily takes a quarter of an hour. Living in Brecht does not mean losing touch with Breda. The Friday market, the Ginneken, the Grote Markt, NAC Breda, friends and family all remain half an hour's drive away.

Work and school stay within reach
If you work in Breda, at the Hazeldonk business park, in Etten-Leur or in Rotterdam, you drive against the rush-hour flow, on a motorway that rarely comes to a standstill south of Breda. If you work partly from home, there is a fully fledged 31 m² office beneath the roof, away from family life.
Children can go to school in Belgium, where education has a good reputation, or stay at school in the Netherlands. For older children at school in Breda the train from Noorderkempen station is an option: it runs directly to Breda.
The neighbourhood
